 Abstract:  Herman Matzen was a sculptor who taught at the Western Reserve School of Design for Women (later the Cleveland School of Art). He designed many well-known monuments in Cleveland, Ohio. The collection consists of correspondence (1911-1920), a deed (1896), and specifications for a mausoleum (1906).
